Every event has one fixed hour.

Doors open. Ready or not.

We finish before it.

Twenty four years of it.

Ready before the room fills.

Exhibition stands, fit out and brand production, from our own factory in Jeddah to anywhere in the Kingdom.

Jeddah, since 2002

Twenty four years is not a number on a wall. It is the reason nothing surprises us.

Venues change their rules. Approvals come back. Shipments sit at customs. None of it is new to us, so none of it reaches your opening date.

What we do

Seven things, and we make all seven ourselves.

Our own 2500 square metre production house in Jeddah and workshops in the Kingdom's main cities. No brokering, and no handing your project to a subcontractor you never met.

Exhibitions and booths

01

Exhibitions and booths

Custom stands designed, built in our own production house, and handed over ready. From a ten metre shell to a national pavilion.

Design, engineering drawings, venue submissions, fabrication in Jeddah, transport, install and dismantle. One contract, one project manager, and a crew you meet before build up starts.

Fit out

02

Fit out

Showrooms, offices and stores. The same crew and the same deadline discipline, built to stay.

Millwork, lighting, display cases, integrated screens, signage and the finishing that decides whether a space reads as expensive. Built with exhibition speed and joinery standards.

Corporate events

03

Corporate events

Launches, ceremonies and activations, produced end to end by one accountable team.

Concept, production design, staging, supplier management, permits, rehearsal and show calling. We carry the whole thing, including the parts nobody enjoys.

Trade show marketing

04

Trade show marketing

The stand is the room. These are the things inside it that do the selling.

Product plinths, demo counters, digital screens, sampling units, roll ups and point of sale pieces, planned around how visitors actually move through your stand.

Printing

05

Printing

Our own presses, so your graphics are never the thing that runs late.

Large format banners and wall graphics, backlit panels, booklets, collateral, stationery and packaging. Printing in house is one of the reasons a late artwork change does not cost you a day.

Branding

06

Branding

Brand environments and internal branding, so a space says who you are before anyone speaks.

Wayfinding, feature walls, applied graphics, office and showroom identity, and the roll out drawings that keep it consistent across every branch.

Product design

07

Product design

Bespoke objects, awards and gifting, prototyped before anything is produced.

Crystal, brass, timber and stone, cut and finished to your own design, with presentation boxes made to match. Sampled first so nothing is a surprise at handover.

How the days are won

The same six stages. Ours overlap.

The usual schedule 45 days
EDGE DESIGNS 45 days

The same stages, but design, approvals and fabrication run together instead of one after another. That is the whole difference.

Before you sign

The questions worth asking any contractor, including us.

Your quote and a cheaper one look the same on paper. What is the difference?

The difference shows up in the last seventy two hours. A lower number usually buys thinner materials, a smaller crew and no float in the schedule, and none of that is visible until build up. Ask any contractor, us included, for three projects from the last twelve months and the phone numbers of those clients. We send ours before you ask.

What happens if the venue rejects the structural or electrical submission?

It should not reach that point. We prepare the structural, electrical and fire safety submissions ourselves, in each venue's own format, and we file them early. A rejected submission costs three to seven days, and those are days nobody has.

Can you take a project that is already behind?

Often yes, and it is a large part of what we do. Tell us the date, the venue and what exists so far. If we cannot deliver it properly we will say so on the same call rather than take a deposit.

You are in Jeddah. What if my event is in Riyadh or Dammam?

We work Kingdom wide and keep workshops near the main cities, so heavy pieces are built close to the venue instead of being trucked across the country in the last week. The project manager travels with the job either way.

Who is actually on site during build up and show days?

The project manager who has been on the job since the drawings, plus the build crew. Not a coordinator meeting your stand for the first time on the morning of build up.

How early do you need to start?

A standard custom stand wants about six weeks from approved design. We have delivered in far less, and we will tell you honestly which parts get harder as the window shrinks, before you commit rather than after.

Tell us the date. We will tell you the truth.

If the date is possible we will say how. If it is not, we will say that on the same call instead of taking a deposit.
